Quality Assurance

We conduct various tests to ensure quality standards. Below listed tests are carried out before the execution of each work.

• Soil Test - To ensure the stability of soil
• Water test - For the confirmation of PH value
• Cement test- Premium brands with proven strength & quality records on Physical test results are adopted for the construction
• Bend & Rebend Test and Yield  test – Premium brands for steel reinforcements with proven strength & quality records on Physical test results are adopted for the construction
• Sieve Analysis – To determine the zone of fine & coarse aggregate used for appropriate work.
• Slump test of concrete – To Check the workability of concrete to be poured
• Compressive strength of concrete (Cube test) – To ensure the required strength of concrete casted
• Compressive strength of Block- To confirm the strength of blocks used for masonry work.

When the baseline standards are set, the work is carried out by very experienced contractors and supervised by our experienced technical staff with a defined time & budget schedule.

We enforce and regularise good quality standards and our Quality Control team verifies each and every aspect of the project works as per the progress with standard checklist, which double ensures the work quality both in workmanship and with an error free product, which is properly documented for reference. On completion of all works, again a thorough quality check is carried out by the Quality Controller prior to handing over to the client.
